Earnings and Results Disclaimer
Last updated: November 4, 2026
We would rather show you a product that looks real than a product that looks vague, so this site is full of numbers, reports and sample output. This page is the plain-English note on where those come from — and what they can and cannot tell you about your own business.
The figures here are examples, not promises
Every figure, example, case study and scenario on aslanconsulting.co is there to show you what the system produces and what it looks like when it does. They are illustrative. They are not a promise, a projection, a forecast or a guarantee that you will see the same thing, or anything close to it.
To be specific, because this is the part worth being specific about: we do not guarantee revenue growth, recovered revenue, lead conversion, close rates, cost savings, return on investment, or any other result. We are confident in the work. We are not in a position to promise an outcome, and you should be wary of anyone who is. If something on the Site reads to you like a guarantee, it is not one, and this page is what controls.
What we do stand behind
Two things, and we will put them in writing. The system looks at what we say it looks at — the calls, the creatives and the data you connect to it. And every finding traces back to a source you can open and check for yourself, rather than a number we are asking you to take on faith.
What that finding is ultimately worth to your business is the part that depends on what you do next. That is the honest line between the two, and the rest of this page is really just that line, written out properly.
Why the sample data looks real
To show you what the product actually does, we had to show the product. The alternative is a page of blurred screenshots, which tells you nothing. So the following are illustrative examples built to demonstrate the format of the product:
- the live-looking signal feed and its entries;
- the example morning report, its line items and its “fix first” recommendation;
- example dashboards, verdicts and diagnostic output;
- sales call excerpts and quoted phrasing;
- sales representative names; and
- dollar amounts, percentages, counts and time periods shown alongside any of the above.
None of it is a specific client’s actual results, and none of it should be read as a record of anyone’s performance. The same goes for any figure that appears in headline copy: read it as a demonstration of the kind of thing the system reports, not as a documented result.
Results depend on your business
What any business gets out of this work depends on that business. The variables include, at least: your market and how competitive it is, the strength and pricing of your offer, the size and skill of your sales team, the quality and completeness of your data, your advertising spend and channel mix, your lead volume, your sales cycle, your follow-up discipline, and above all your own execution on what the system tells you.
Most of that sits with you rather than with us. Two businesses handed identical findings can end up in very different places, and we cannot honestly rule out that a business sees no measurable improvement at all. What the system can do is make sure you are not guessing about where the problem is.
No earnings claims
Nothing on the Site is a representation of average, typical or expected earnings, revenue or profit. We do not publish average client results, and no figure on the Site should be read as one. We make no claim that any particular level of income or revenue is likely, achievable or representative. When we have results worth publishing, we will publish them properly, with the context that makes them mean something.
Forward-looking statements
Some of what we say on the Site is forward looking: what we expect, intend, aim for, or believe may be possible. You can usually spot it by words like “will”, “expect”, “could”, “should”, “plan” or “anticipate”. Those are opinions and estimates as of the date they were written, not statements of historical fact. They rest on assumptions, risks and uncertainties, and actual outcomes may differ materially. We are under no obligation to update them, and you should not read them as a prediction of your own results.
Not professional advice
Aslan is a diagnostic system and the work that surrounds it. It is not business, legal, financial, tax, accounting or investment advice, and it is no substitute for advice from a qualified professional who has looked at your actual situation. The decisions about your business stay yours, and so do the results of those decisions. Run anything significant past your own advisors first.
Testimonials
Any testimonial, quote, review or endorsement on the Site is one person describing their own experience in their own specific circumstances. It is not a typical result, it is not a guarantee, and it is not a promise that your experience will match it. We do not independently audit testimonials, and we may trim one for length or clarity — never in a way that changes what the person meant.
Where a quote appears without a named person and company attached, read it as illustrative: it is there to show the kind of reaction the work gets, not to document a verified result from a named client.
